We chose pasture raised cattle from Brasstown Beef out of North Carolina. Brasstown Beef cattle are never confined and are never given antibiotics or added hormones. They also mix probiotics, including cinnamon and garlic into their rations for optimum animal health. They are often told that their beef is the absolute best in flavor, tenderness, and consistency.
Featuring pulled bork butt, pulled chicken, and beef brikset. Try them with one of our BBQ sauces: House, Chipotle, White, or Sweet Heat. But don't limit yourself to BBQ, we also have Boursin Aioli, Tzatziki, Awesome Sauce, Chile Lime Cilantro Crema, Bleu Cheese, Ranch, Sriracha Ranch, and Honey Mustard.

Our floats start with Homestead Creamery premium ice cream made with antibiotic and hormone free milk from their family farm outside of Roanoake. Make it wholesome by strawberry or chocolate milk, or just root beer or another soda. Or let us whip up a Mudslide, Creamsicle, or Cinnamon Toast for a boozy float experience.
